• This part of the assessment process involves a one-hour individual interview with a Jean Tweed Centre Intake Counsellor

Location and timing:

• For women within commuting distance of the Centre: Conducted at 215 Evans Avenue, the timing of your interview will be determined after completion of the questionnaires
• For women living beyond commuting distance of the Centre: To arrange for a referral to JTC, please contact your local Addiction Assessment and Referral Centre, listed in the yellow pages, or contact the Drug Abuse Registry of Treatment at 1-800-565-8603; www.connexontario.ca
